By accessing and using DashMeBeat ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DashMeBeat is an online marketplace that connects music producers with artists and buyers. The Platform allows producers to upload, sell, and license their beats, while providing artists and buyers with access to high-quality instrumental music.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Producer Terms

4.1 Content Ownership

Producers retain ownership of their original beats uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, producers grant DashMeBeat a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and facilitate the sale of their beats.

4.2 Content Standards

All uploaded content must be original work created by the producer. Content must not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.

4.3 Revenue Sharing

DashMeBeat does not take any commission from beat sales. Producers receive 100% of their earnings from beat sales. DashMeBeat generates revenue through subscription fees for beat uploads only. Producers will receive their full share of revenue according to the payment schedule and methods specified in their account settings.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 License Types

Different license types are available for purchased beats, each with specific usage rights. Buyers must adhere to the terms of the specific license purchased and may not exceed the usage rights granted.

5.2 Payment

All purchases must be paid in full before access to the licensed content is granted. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DashMeBeat and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Privacy Policy

9. Termination

In no event shall DashMeBeat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DashMeBeat operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
